  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned to activate tracking for your refund.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
